I was very pleased to see Return of the Fallen available for IAP, but my excitement has been marred by some UI glitches that are crippling to swift play.

I own an iPod touch (3rd Gen) and I'm getting some weird text glitches (akin to paint dripping down a wall for the tails of some letters), and very poor touch controls.

The only areas of the screen that will respond to touch are the four corners, the very center and the hand area. This is just about enough to actually be able to play, but extremely tedious. For example to fight the Cultist, I have to double tap on the Mystic and try and scroll through the cards until the cultist is there and try and touch the edge of the 'defeat' button.

The only cards that you can drag are from your hand to the in play area, nothing else will move except the Mystic.
I have tried removing the app from my iPod, rebooting the iPod and reinstalling but it has not improved anything.

Hopefully these bugs can be hotfixed so that I can get back to trying out the new cards!

Are you on iOS 5? I'd check to see if you've upgraded to the most recent operating system since I'm having no problem.

Problem is, if you have a 2nd Gen iPod like me, you're stuck on iOS 4.2.1. As per wikipedia:

The 2nd and 3rd generation iPod Touch can be updated to iOS 4.x for free, but cannot take advantage of features using the iPhone's camera or GPS receiver. The 2nd generation iPod Touch is further unable to take advantage of iOS 4's multitasking and home screen background customization features, unless the firmware is modified (through jailbreaking), and cannot be upgraded beyond iOS version 4.2.1. Later updates of iOS beyond 4.2.1 are no longer supported due to the outdated hardware. The iPod Touch (2nd generation) is model A1288.

I have a problem here... I bought the expansion while I was on my iPad and went to update my iPod... but the iPod is telling me that I have to buy the expansion still! I have tried everything I can think of but it won't acknowledge that I have bought it already. =/

Heather, after you click that you want to purchase it on your iPod, iTunes will tell you that you've already purchased this product, and ask if you want to download it again for free. :-)

I have bought it on my ipad and it is running ok. But I cant seem to make it work on my iphone. It just wont responde when I touch it. Like it was just wallpaper. I have already tried deleting and reinstalling, but no success so far.

Davi you probably have Restrictions set to prevent In-App purchases. If you switch this, the app will respond. Just remember to reset the restriction after.

I bought the expansion but I had to since restore my iPhone. How do I restore the purchase?
